Welcome to
ALL RV

Who we are, and proof of our dependability.

Welcome to ALL RV

Welcome to ALL RV. We take our work seriously here, but more than that, we take you seriously. Only the best service for the best customers. Our technicians are hard-working individuals who routinely stay far past closing time to make sure every RV that comes through our doors receives the quality care that has become our standard. Our processes are streamlined and our team is always working in tandem on multi-step projects, so we never waste a moment getting your RV back to you. The work we do demands focus, and the highly skilled veterans who work at and own this business bring that focus every single day. When it comes to repair work, only the best of the best can compare.

Our founder, Brady Millsap, has been in the RV industry in Texas since 2002 and founded ALL RV in 2005. But no biography could do justice to what it's like to actually watch him work. The moment he steps outside to tackle a job, he's already walking back in and pointing the crew toward something new.
Brady thinks fast, so fast that his words sometimes stumble trying to keep up with his brain. But when his hands get involved, they move just as quickly. There's a particular kind of confidence that comes from two decades of mastery, and Brady wears it effortlessly.
His dedication to service extends well beyond the shop floor. Before he ever turned a wrench on an RV, Brady served his country repairing M1 Abrams tanks in the United States military. That same spirit of service has carried through everything he does, including his role as a Texas state delegate since 2016. And when it comes to sourcing parts, nobody in Texas hunts down a better deal on higher-quality materials. Whether it's trim and décor or the most essential mechanical components, Brady finds the right part at the right price for your RV, your neighbor's RV, and ALL RVs that comes through our door.

At ALL RV, work isn't just a job, it's our family and our lifestyle. On any given day, you might find up to five generations of Millsaps on-site, each one bringing their own chapter of this family's long story with craftsmanship.
Roland Millsap, who’s Brady's father and the patriarch behind it all was a sheet metal technician for Braniff International Airways. Among the pieces of family lore passed down through the years is the story of Roland working on a gleaming golden airplane commissioned for the Vice President of Mexico. It's the kind of work that solidifies the expertise here, but in the Millsap family, extraordinary craftsmanship has always been the norm.
Brady Millsap Jr., the founder's son, carries that tradition forward as a highly skilled welder who does professional freelance fence welding. When he's not on the job, he finds his way back to ALL RV, not because he has to, but because this is the lifestyle he grew up loving. That speaks volumes.

Everyone in our family loves the work they do, and they love helping build the business and the lifestyle that is ALL RV. We hope you'll come by and feel that for yourself.
